General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These terms and conditions govern the purchase of tours and experiences offered by Mio Via Tour, through the official website or other authorized channels. By making a reservation, you fully agree to the terms set forth below.
1. Subject of the contract
Mio Via Tour offers guided tours and cultural experiences, with included services listed in each tour description. Specific features, duration, language, and cost are given in the individual tour sheet.
2. Method of reservation
Reservations can be made online through the integrated booking system. The customer will receive a digital confirmation via email, which must be shown (also on a smartphone) on the day of the tour.
3. Prices and payments
All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT. Payment is required at the time of booking, via enabled methods (e.g., PayPal, credit card, etc.). Cash payments are not accepted on site unless specifically excepted.
4. Cancellation policy
Each tour has specific cancellation conditions, indicated in the relevant tab. In general:
- Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time (unless otherwise stated).
- In case of late cancellation, no-show or unreported delay, there is no refund.
- For cancellations or changes, please contact us promptly by email or phone.
5. Changes by the organizer
Mio Via Tour reserves the right to change or cancel the tour in case of:
- Extreme weather conditions
- Force majeure
- Failure to reach the minimum number of participants
In such cases, the customer will be notified promptly and can choose between full refund or rebooking.
6. Responsibilities
Mio Via Tour guarantees the reliability of guides and quality of service. However, it is not responsible for delays, loss or damage caused by third parties (e.g. museums, public transportation, etc.).
7. Obligations of the client
The client agrees to:
- Show up on time at the designated meeting point
- Communicate any special needs before booking (e.g., language needs, reduced mobility, etc.)
- Comply with the regulations of the sites visited
8. Privacy
Personal data provided will be processed in accordance with current legislation (GDPR). For more information, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
9. Jurisdiction
The Court of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in the territory of the Italian State, will be competent for any dispute. Otherwise, the Court of Rome will have jurisdiction.
