When can I book?
Reservations are available up to 24 hours before the tour start time, subject to availability and last minute exceptions. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your spot.
How do I receive the confirmation?
After booking, you will receive a digital confirmation via email. There's no need to print anything — you can simply show it on your smartphone.
When will I receive my tickets?
After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email. Your paper or digital tickets will be handed to you directly at our agency before the start of the tour. Please bring your booking number or the confirmation email with you.
How many people are in a group?
Our tours are designed for small, select groups, with a maximum of 15 participants to ensure a more intimate experience. In some cases, the number may vary — please check the details on the individual tour page.
Where is the meeting point?
The meeting point varies depending on the tour. You'll find all the specific information on the page of the selected tour.

What if I arrive late?
If you're running late, please contact us immediately. If the tour has already started, unfortunately, you won't be able to join or receive a refund.

Currently, our tours are not wheelchair accessible due to the nature of the locations visited.
Can I bring pets?
No, pets are not allowed due to organizational reasons and out of respect for other participants.
What happens in case of rain?
No worries — tours take place even in bad weather. We recommend wearing appropriate clothing for the season.
Can I join with children?
Of course! Children up to 5 years old can join for free, and those aged 6 to 17 benefit from a reduced rate. We recommend indicating this during the booking process.
Is the tour available in multiple languages?

How can I modify or cancel my booking?

Can I combine multiple tours in one day?
Yes! You can book several tours individually and combine them in one day, depending on the available times.
Are tips mandatory?
No, tips are not mandatory. If you wish to leave one, it will be appreciated but is entirely optional.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation! You can cancel your booking at no cost up to 48 hours before the activity (unless otherwise stated on the tour page). For cancellations beyond this period, no refunds will be issued.
